What Can Be Made to Order
We manufacture across the full range of rattan furniture and accessories. Here's what you can specify.
Dimensions & Shape
Non-standard sizes, custom seat heights, specific widths and depths. We work to your exact measurements – ideal for built-in furniture, awkward spaces, or signature pieces.
Rattan Material
Choose from our four core materials – Koboo Natural, Koboo Gray, Rattan Core, or CL Rattan – or combine them. We also offer synthetic rattan binding or weaving for outdoor durability or specific colour requirements.
Colour & Finish
Rattan Core (Fitrit) absorbs dye readily and can be produced in virtually any colour. Natural rattan can also be stained, bleached, or lacquered. We match to Pantone, RAL, or your supplied colour sample.
Weave Pattern
Tight weave, open weave, diamond pattern, herringbone – our artisans work across a range of traditional and contemporary weave styles. Share a reference image and we'll match or adapt it.
Cushions & Upholstery
Seat and back cushions in your chosen fabric – indoor or outdoor grades available. We work with your fabric supplier or can source appropriate materials.
Branding & OEM
We manufacture under your brand. Private label tags, branded packaging, and OEM production runs are all available. Your product, your brand, our craftsmanship.
How It Works
The Custom Order Process
Share Your Brief
Send us your requirements – sketches, reference photos, technical drawings, or simply a description of what you need. The more detail the better, but we're used to working from rough briefs too.
Design & Sampling
Our team reviews your brief and comes back with a proposal – materials, construction method, pricing, and lead time. For new designs, we produce a sample for your approval before committing to full production.
Production
Once the sample is approved and the order confirmed, your pieces enter production in our Medan workshop. We keep you updated throughout and send pre-shipment photos before packing.
Delivery
We handle export documentation, container packing, and coordinate with your freight forwarder. Your custom furniture arrives on time, packed to protect every piece.
